Here's what I know....

You're exhausted. Fed up. At the end of your tether with your baby waking so often at night. Maybe they go back to sleep easily with a feed or a bit of rocking, but you'd rather not be seeing every hour on the clock.

Maybe they settle off to sleep easily with some rocking or a feed, or maybe you're sat in the dark for hours, trying not to move until they're fully asleep. Only to start all over again when you try to put them in the cot.

And naps? So unpredictable, so short! You find yourself sitting still and holding them as the only way to get a good nap, or maybe you're pounding the pavements pushing the pram to try and achieve a nap.

What if you could teach your baby to sleep 11-12 hours at night in under 2 weeks?

No, really! What if you knew that when you put your baby down to sleep, they would:

* Settle independently within 10-15 minutes;

* Sleep for 11-12 hours through the night (or wake for 1 feed);

* Wake for the day after 6am; and

* Take long, restful naps?

That's exactly what Slumber School is all about!

It's the ultimate sleep course with an easy to follow, step by step approach that helps you to take action to improve your baby's sleep, today!.

What a life saver

Jess R

What a life saver, after over 9 months of waking hourly, within 2 weeks of the plan our little boy is on his 4th night in a row of sleeping through, as well as having great naps during the day. Can't thank Katy enough! I was convinced Dylan would be the one baby that no one could help, but I was so wrong! Do not wait if you are in 2 minds - I don't know why I waited so long, thinking things would eventually get better. Absolute best decision was to get help. Fantastic!

Imagine if...

  • Your baby fell asleep independently within 10-15 minutes of being put in their cot
  • Your baby could sleep through the night for 11-12 hours! or wake once for a feed.
  • Your baby napped for 2-3 hours during the day
  • You had your evenings back to watch Netflix or spend time with your partner as  baby sleeps
  • You had a clear step by step plan to get you there.

Guess what? It's all possible! Slumber School will get you there.

Now I'm sharing them with you, inside Slumber School.

The results were amazing

I have regained my sanity!

Victoria G

Wow, what a difference this has made to our lives! When I was expecting my second baby, my daughter's sleep went downhill. The baby arrived and things went from bad to worse. We reached a point where bedtime was a constant battle. I was up just as many times with my toddler as I was with my newborn in the night! My daughter now happily goes to bed. We don't hear a peep until morning! As a result, she is well rested and I have regained my sanity. Thank you, Katy!

We have been extremely happy with the methods used.

Sinead S

Our 8 month old went from an ok sleeper to a night owl and refused to sleep more than 5 hours a night. This was becoming extremely physically and emotionally demanding and wasn't showing any signs of improving. We were soon able to put our son in his cot and walk away knowing he would soon sleep and self settle if he woke up in the night. We have been extremely happy with the methods used and with the confidence we gained. Katy is a mother who knows exactly what you're going through. We can't thank you enough.

FAQ

  • I'm breastfeeding, can I still use this course?

    Yes, absolutely! I've worked with hundreds of breastfeeding mums over the years who have had great success with my methods, and continued to breastfeed long after they have a baby sleeping well through the night. My methods are not about stopping breastfeeding, rather separating it from how baby falls asleep. Many mums also report their babies become far more efficient at feeding due to feeding awake rather than when they are drowsy or asleep. Please note, the advice in this course is not a substitute for lactation advice so please seek advice from a lactation consultant if you have any specific questions.

  • My child goes to nursery, will this still work for us?

    Yes, while it can sometimes be a bit more tricky due to short naps, babies that sleep well are often at an advantage as they can settle independently. Plus I have a bonus document to share with you that can help support your conversations with your childcare provider.

  • Does the process involve crying?

    As parents, none of us enjoy listening to our baby cry, but crying will often form a part of the process of teaching your baby to settle without sleep associations. Many of us are resistant to change, and babies are no different! Crying is baby's way of protesting the change and letting you know about it. We'll put in place the best circumstances for baby to settle quickly and to limit protest as much as we can, and you'll have a plan for how to respond if baby cries. I've given two different approaches to supporting your baby through this change, and both involve responding to baby and offering comfort. The key thing I want you to know is that it's not harmful for your baby to cry as part of this process. The more consistent you can be, the quicker baby will learn how to sleep well.

  • Am I able to troubleshoot questions with Katy?

    Inside Sleep School you will have a detailed plan to follow as well as an extensive FAQ section. This is designed to answer all of the questions likely to come up while working through your plan. This is based on my experience working with hundreds of families, so I've seen a lot of "what ifs"!! Sleep School does not include direct support with Katy, but you can add on support at any time inside the course.

My only regret was waiting so long to get started

Sharon R

It's not an understatement to say that this has changed our lives. Before contacting Slumbertots, I had read all of the reviews and though "that's too good to be true", I didn't think we'd have the same results. But after 10 months of our son waking every 2 hours and feeling like we'd tried everything, I decided that any improvement was worth it! There was no "cry it out" and everything felt manageable. By night 2, his sleep had improved and by night 4 he was sleeping through the night! It took us a few nights to trust that the results would last, but now our son is getting the sleep he needs and we're finally feeling rested. I wholeheartedly recommend Katy. My only regret was waiting so long to get started.
